The proportion of new energy vehicles, such as heavy-duty cargo vehicles and engineering vehicles, is also on the rise. The range of domestic vehicles is also increasing, and the charging efficiency of charging piles is also putting forward higher and higher requirements.
At present, the GB20234.3-2015 standard specifies the charging gun, the matching cable outer diameter is about 40mm, the soft core cross-sectional area is 70m㎡, and the nominal maximum bearing capacity is 250A. However, in the actual use process, the heat generated by the cable copper wire cannot show good heat dissipation, and for the safe operation of the whole charging system, the charging pile control system will limit the charging current according to the temperature To enable stable operation.
To keep up with the growing demand for pure electric vehicles, the construction of high-power DC charging piles has become a mandatory requirement, with an output current between 300A-600A so that high-power pure electric vehicles can be fully charged in 15-20 minutes. Ordinary charging piles cannot meet this technical requirement.
Liquid-cooled super charging pile, equipped with a liquid-cooled charging system, adds a liquid-cooled charging gun, liquid-cooled cable, cooling module, and other systems. With the control cable outer diameter of 39mm, high current charging of 600A and even 800A can be achieved. The temperature is controlled below 55℃, which is safe and light to achieve the purpose of fast charging of large electric vehicles.
