Q: How long is your delivery time?
For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC char- ging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.
Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging piles, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For a high-power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be
determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
Q: How to guarantee the service?
Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial.
For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1-year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial
For commercial chargers, we not only provide standardized services for charging piles but also provide payment software docking services for operating companies.
